Conference Registration

We invite all authors and participants to register for the upcoming conference. Please note the following details regarding registration:

Author Registration
Each accepted paper allows for one nominated author to register under the paper’s registration. Co-authors who wish to participate in the conference must register separately under the Participant Registration Category.

Registration Fees

  • Early Bird Registration (September 24 – October 18)
    • Students: R$ 650,00
    • Faculty/Industry: R$ 850,00
    • Accompanying Person: R$ 450,00
  • Regular Registration (After October 18)
    • Students: R$ 850,00
    • Faculty/Industry: R$ 1,050,00
    • Accompanying Person: R$ 650,00

Terms & Conditions

  • Registration fees must be paid and confirmed according to the specified fees and dates.
  • Registration includes full participation in all event programs.
  • Registration covers lunch, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and conference dinner.
  • An accompanying person is granted access to the welcome reception and conference dinner.

Payment Policy

  • Payment of fees in Brazilian Real is required for all registrations.
  • No registration will be confirmed until payment is received.
  • Payment includes the publication of accepted and revised final papers.

Refund & Cancellation

  • Conference fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation or non-attendance.
  • All rights are reserved to the conference secretariat.
